Mitchell Lighting Maintenance Plans

Our lighting systems are designed, engineered, and constructed with the finest materials and techniques available. With proper maintenance your lighting system will be enjoyed for many years to come. We have two have maintenance plans to fit your needs.

Ultimate Maintenance and Service

This plan is available only on all-brass systems. Additionally, the plan is only available with continuous enrollment from the date of install. With this plan everything is covered, aside from abuse, vandalism, and/or acts of God.

Four times a year we will visit your home, turn on the lighting system, and inspect all components, ensuring that absolutely everything is working properly. If something is not working properly, it is covered underneath your plan. We will replace the malfunctioning components and cover the labor – at no charge to you.

Once a year we will:

1. Provide and replace all bulbs for your lighting system and clean fixtures. One year bulb warranty from date of service.
2. Daytime adjustment of fixtures for improved effects.
3. Apply corrosion weatherproof sealer to all lamp contacts.
4. Reset timer and check photo cells.
5. Rebury any wires. Recommend repairs and improvements to your lighting system.
   
6. Trim landscaping to create optimal effect (placed by your garage for your removal).

Preventative Maintenance and Service

This plan is different from the before-mentioned plan, in that it only includes an annual visit to do the following things:

1. Provide and replace all bulbs for your lighting system and clean fixtures. One year bulb warranty from date of service.
2. Daytime adjustment of fixtures for improved effects.
3. Apply corrosion weatherproof sealer to all lamp contacts.
4. Reset timer and check photo cells. (Only at time of service, not after a power outage).
5. Rebury any wires. Recommend repairs and improvements to your lighting system.
6. Trim landscaping to create optimal effect (placed by your garage for your removal).
